Yarraville Seddon Eagles is seeking applications for the following Junior Coaching Positions
for 2023:

Once these positions have been filled, we will move onto the remaining age groups.

Please address the following points in your application:

Personal strengths and weaknesses; including how you will mitigate and/or address the weaknesses
Plans for the year, including pre-season training timing and approach

Coaches will be selected based on:

Demonstrated experience in developing junior footballers
Ability to work productively and collaboratively with other volunteers and parents
Commitment to The Eagles Way, YSE Policies, and WRFL Policies
Formal coaching accreditations

The selection process is:

Applications to submitted via email to [email protected] by Wednesday 12th October
If required applicants will be shortlisted based on the criteria above; unsuccessful applications will be advised via email and given an opportunity to hear details of the reason
Applicants will be interviewed by a panel including relevant Senior Coach, and Junior Vice President
Interview Panel to recommend appointments to Committee for Wednesday 2nd November committee meeting
Committee to either ratify or adjust appointments
Coaches to be advised of appointment pending sign-off of coaching agreements
Coaches to sign coaching agreements by Thursday 10th November
Coaches announced on Friday 11th November
